Our focus is on all conceivable facets of structural engineering, civil engineering and rail construction. We carry out sustainable building concepts for a better tomorrow. And we create the infrastructure that makes our society’s energy and mobility transition possible.

To this end, we realise projects throughout Germany and neighbouring countries. With over 200 vehicles, state-of-the-art machines and efficient operating processes. And, above all, with more than 230 employees. People who enjoy realising meaningful projects for a sustainable tomorrow. And building something that lasts.

Always at the heart of things

Our company is based in Neustadt am Rübenberge in the district of Eilvese, around 30 kilometres north of Hanover. From here, we are quickly on the motorway to the north, south, east and west – and therefore have fast access to our construction sites throughout Germany. Since 2007, we have also been servicing construction sites in southern Germany from our office in Ulm

With our construction sites, we are laying the foundations for a sustainable tomorrow. We build what makes the energy and transport transition possible and create sustainable living and working spaces. We also pay attention to sustainability in our own processes. After all, as a family business we think in terms of generations.

People

We are proud of the fact that over 230 people feel at home with us and enjoy working for our company. To ensure that this remains the case, we create optimal working conditions, provide training in many areas ourselves and look after the next generation of employees. This enables us to realise all construction projects largely with our own team. And this is noticeable, both in the course of the project and in its results.

Friedrich Duensing is the managing partner. He is the fourth generation to run the family business.
